We adhere to the principle that quality stems from production instead of inspection. Every staff is strictly trained and assessed before taking the post while we indicate every staff to inspect his/her own process before passing the semi-finished products to next staff. As a team work, we must make sure each process is consistent with quality request so that qualified products can be quickly produced and packed. Any unqualified process would result in re-work of a finished product, which is no good for efficiency. We set separate QC check from raw material input through semi-finished products to finished product output.
We test every new product according to below procedures.We

put the tested luggage case on Roll Test Machine and let it roll 10KM on its uneven surface with loading weight 16KG for 20”, 20KG for 25” and 25KG for 29”.　

We drop the tested luggage case from 1M height on Drop Test Machine with loading weight 16KG for 20”, 20KG for 25” and 25KG for 29”.

We use powerful Shaking Machine to shake top handle, side handle and trolley handle of the tested luggage case respectively 500times with loading weight 16KG for 20”, 20KG for 25” and 25KG for 29”.
